Dale bought the Express Employment Professionals, Whitby office late in 2015 with the aim of finding top talent for the companies in his market, giving job seekers a superior recruitment experience and provide rewarding office/professional employment opportunities on his internal team for local residents.

After a 20 year stint in the financial services industry, with the final 10 in mortgage and wealth management sales, the opportunity to open an Express Employment Professionals office so close to home was not only a sound business decision but also came with a more convenient commute. It also allowed him to continue his passion for working with people.

Dale is professionally qualified in banking through the Institute of Financial Services, UK and in investments through the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).

In his downtime, he enjoys movies, basketball, athletic events and travel. He particularly enjoys experiencing exotic and specialty cuisine during his travels so when you speak with him remember to share some recommendations.

Sharon is an employment specialist and has a passion for helping people find meaningful employment opportunities with reputable companies. She strongly believes that connecting the right talent with the right company can create a positive change in people’s lives.

With over four years’ experience in the recruiting field, she has developed a deep understanding of the job market, recruitment processes and the needs of both job seekers and employers.

Beyond her professional life, she is a proud parent of two wonderful girls and a black cat named Felix. She finds solace in the pages of good books immersing herself in diverse narratives. She also enjoys travelling abroad and exploring this beautiful country of ours.

Jemaine Pratt is the front office coordinator at Express Employment Professionals. He joined the team in September 2019 and has the drive to give candidates hope of finding employment by ushering them into using Express as their go to. He has a college diploma in business accounting and is actively serving in church. In his free time, he enjoys reading to keep himself up to date on what is going on in the world around him and loves spending time with his loved ones.
