Kimberly Hemingway got her start in the recruiting industry in the late 1990s, while working in Las Vegas. Shortly after, in 2001, Kimberly was recruited to open an Express Employment Professionals office in Woodbury in 2001, allowing her to relocate back to Minnesota. Since then, Kimberly has been committed to building a strong team to fulfill the Express mission of getting as many qualified people to work as possible. The team has been awarded Woodbury Chamber’s Business of the Year and is often recognized for achieving their goals by the Express international office.

Kimberly’s passion for people is apparent in the long-lasting, positive relationships she develops with her clients, associates and team members. It’s the reason she has successfully built a business that delivers strong workplace solutions

A veteran of the recruitment industry, Lee Ann has been working at Express for 18 years. As Operations Manager, Lee Ann manages activities and results for the inside sales team, the staffing consultants and front office coordinator and is responsible for office revenue growth, profitability and expenses. Her background in business management means that Lee Ann is adept at negotiating staffing contracts/agreements at a local and regional level and performing all business development functions. Lee Ann values hard work, integrity and honesty - all of which she applies to both her personal and professional lives. Her past involvement with workforce investment boards demonstrates her commitment to workforce and career development.

When not in the office, Lee Ann enjoys gardening.

Will Jensen came to Express Woodbury in 2023 as Business Development Manager. Prior to joining the team, Will worked as a recruiter at the Express office in Rochester, Minnesota, and recently completed a business management degree at the University of River Falls. Will’s competitive, disciplined and driven approach to his work is key to his success with outside sales and his strong communication skills make him a strong relationship-builder.

In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with the family in the family camper, watching sports and meeting up with friends.

Erin began her Express journey in 2015 as a job seeker, with a marketing and business management background and was initially hired on as Front Office Coordinator, before being promoted to a staffing consultant role, looking after Skilled Trades recruiting. Currently a Professional Recruiter, Erin fills positions in engineering and in the manufacturing sector, including Engineering Technician, Machinist and Quality Assurance Manager roles. Her success in the recruitment industry stems from her passion for helping people find jobs that can improve the quality of their lives- financially, physically and spiritually.

A true Minnesotan, Erin is a master at creating casseroles and other hearty staples in the kitchen. She can also be found in Northern Minnesota enjoying outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and camping or gardening at home.

Karen brings over 20 years of industrial automation experience to her role of Executive Engineering Recruiter. She currently focuses on working with systems integrators, machine builders and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to fill mid to senior level professional roles. Karen is well matched to the recruitment industry, as she is passionate about helping engineers advance in their career and has successfully been doing this for the past three years.

When not in the office, Karen enjoys boating, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles with her family. She can also be found vacationing on beaches, searching for shark teeth

Jamie became part of the Express Woodbury team in 2021, as an Employment Specialist where she specializes in Light Industrial Services and Skilled Trades recruitment. Prior to joining Express, Jamie worked as a retail store manager for a chain of discount stores, training new store managers and providing staffing solutions for stores in the area. This previous experience serves her well in her current role, where she is responsible for finding, interviewing and placing candidates, as well as making clients aware of other employment services offered by Express. 

Jamie is passionate about her family and spends her spare time cooking, painting and playing games with her daughter.
