New White Paper to Discuss the Impact of the
Affordable Care Act on Hiring and Labor

Definition of "Being Gainfully Employed" is Changing

White paper to be released on Monday, 9/23

OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 20, 2013 — A new report showing how the Affordable Care Act is shifting the definition of what it means to be gainfully employed will be released by Express Employment Professionals on Monday, Sept. 23.

The report will identify three trends that are already changing the landscape of business hiring and a worker’s relationship to his or her company.

Bob Funk, a former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the CEO of Express, shares his thoughts on the health care law in, “Changing Dynamics: Is the Affordable Care Act a Game Changer for How Companies Operate?”

The white paper will be released at 7 a.m. EDT, on Monday, Sept. 23.
