🕒 Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am (sometimes 4:00pm - 2:30am)

Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Workers for manufacturing facilities in Loxley and Bay Minette. This position involves assembling, filling, and stacking boxes on a production line in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
✅ Assemble and fill boxes on a production line
✅ Stack finished boxes for shipment
✅ Perform repetitive tasks including bending, standing, stooping, and lifting
✅ Follow production and safety guidelines
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Support team members and daily production goals
Requirements
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
✅ Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
✅ Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
✅ Ability to work well with others
✅ Willingness to learn additional warehouse roles, including machine operation and forklift operation
Work Environment
✅ Fast-paced warehouse/production environment
✅ Repetitive movements required throughout the shift
✅ Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs
✅ Requires standing, bending, stooping, and lifting for extended periods
