Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Foley, AL
Pay Range: $20 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available (Up to 80 hours/week during peak season)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our experienced team. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (up to 80 hours/week)
