Job Title: Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Gulf Shores, AL Pay: $15–$17/hour

We’re seeking a dynamic, multi-talented individual to be the welcoming face of our company while also driving our digital presence. This hybrid role blends front desk responsibilities with inside sales, marketing, and social media management. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love engaging with people both in person and online, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
Reception & Administrative Support
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage scheduling, filing, and general office organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Inside Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up with provided leads via phone, email, and social platforms
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity
- Assist in converting leads into customers through effective communication
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to boost engagement
- Collaborate with team to support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
