Job Title: Production Clerk
Location: Foley, AL
Pay: $17–$18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Production Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth production workflows by managing documentation, tracking inventory, and coordinating with various departments. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Prepare and process work orders, job tickets, and production schedules
- Track inventory levels and coordinate material requisitions
- Communicate with production supervisors and team leads to ensure timely updates
- Assist with data entry and reporting for production metrics
- File and organize production documents for compliance and audits
- Support quality control documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
