Job Title: Window Installation Technician (Blind Installation Tech)
Location: Gulf Shores, AL
Pay: $17–$18/hour to start, with growth potential up to $24–$25/hour + bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Install window treatments including blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, window film, and motorized systems
- Accurately measure windows for custom fittings
- Use power tools (especially drills) confidently and safely
- Interact with homeowners and clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform residential installations and occasional commercial projects
- Maintain clean workspaces and uphold high standards of workmanship
- Eventually run sales calls, provide estimates, and install the products you sell
- Earn bonuses on larger projects and high-performance installs
Career Progression
- Start at $17–$18/hour
- Grow into $24–$25/hour range with experience and performance
- Transition into sales roles with provided leads and training
- Opportunity to receive a company vehicle (requires decent driving record)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience using drills and taking accurate measurements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into sales
- Clean criminal background (you’ll be working inside customers’ homes)
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that can qualify for company insurance
- Reliable, personable, and motivated to build a long-term career
