Job Title: Property Manager
Pay: $18-$20
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Occasional after-hours showings, but not frequent)
We are seeking a Property Manager in Daphne who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working with people. This role involves managing day-to-day property operations, assisting tenants, and ensuring smooth processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer-literate, and able to learn our systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters.
- Manage property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property showings (occasionally after hours).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Utilize property management software (easy to learn systems provided).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Must live within 20 minutes of the property.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred, but not required.
