Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Spanish Fort, AL
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
A busy law firm in Spanish Fort is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and skilled at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Track and maintain litigation deadlines and calendars
- Coordinate filings with courts and opposing counsel
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Previous work experience in a law office is required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, dependent on experience
