Job Title: Route Delivery Driver

Schedule: Start times vary, but generally begin between 4:30am and 5:30am
Pay: $800/weekly + bonuses
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Route Delivery Driver to join our beverage distribution team. This is a very physically demanding role, involving lifting and moving large cases up and down ramps and hills. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and ready for an active, hands-on workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver beverages to assigned routes efficiently and safely
- Load and unload cases, often heavy and bulky, using proper lifting techniques
- Navigate ramps, hills, and customer locations while managing product safely
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as needed
- Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries
- Follow all safety and company procedures
Qualifications
- Capable of lifting heavy cases repeatedly throughout the day
- Highly motivated, energetic, and a “morning person” ready for early starts
- Ability to work independently while staying focused on safety and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to route schedules
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, outdoor and indoor delivery routes
- Physical, hands-on work that may strain legs and core muscles initially
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and climbing stairs or ramps frequently
- Must be ready for physically demanding days
