Shift: (4) 10-hour shifts
Night Auditor
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this key overnight role, you will oversee night operations, ensure accurate financial reconciliation, and deliver exceptional guest service while supporting front desk functions during the night shift. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality mindset will help create a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify, balance, and reconcile daily revenue and financial transactions
- Greet, assist, and support guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service with excellent phone etiquette
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations and satisfaction
- Monitor security protocols, including CCTV surveillance, safety checks, and controlled property access
- Prepare accurate shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Support front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest account adjustments as needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong background in front desk operations and guest services in a hotel or resort environment
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel accounting software, and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to remain professional, organized, and calm in a fast-paced overnight environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
