Job Title: Private Housekeeper (One Residence)
Location: Fairhope/Point Clear area
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5–6 Hours Per Day
Pay: $20 - $25 an hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a beautiful two-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom bayfront home in the Fairhope/Point Clear area (approximately 3,100 square feet). This is a long-term position supporting one private household.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and can independently manage daily household responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Laundry, ironing, and linen changes
- Maintain organization throughout the home
- Grocery shopping and household supply shopping
- Monitor and restock cleaning and household supplies
- Maintain outdoor entry areas as needed
- Ensure the home is consistently guest-ready and well-presented
Qualifications
- Previous experience in private home housekeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of privacy
- Reliable transportation for shopping and errands
