🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Yard Worker to join a lumber operations team in Bay Minette. This position involves working outdoors, handling materials, and supporting daily yard operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
✅ Pull, move, and organize trusses and lumber
✅ Stack, sort, and maintain materials in the yard
✅ Assist with general yard duties as needed
✅ Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
✅ Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
✅ Ability to lift and move heavy materials
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
✅ Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.)
✅ Physically demanding role requiring lifting, moving, and standing throughout the shift
