Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Bay Minette. This position supports daily plant operations by assisting with facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vehicle maintenance. Candidates with welding experience and strong mechanical skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
✅ Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
✅ Assist with plant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
✅ Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
✅ Complete welding repairs and fabrication tasks
✅ Use hand tools and equipment safely
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and projects
Requirements
✅ Welding experience required
✅ Industrial maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
✅ Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
✅ Ability to use hand tools and equipment
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
