Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a Foley office. Responsibilities
✅ Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
✅ Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and clients
✅ Schedule and coordinate information as needed
✅ Maintain organized records and office information
✅ Support daily office operations
✅ Work independently and stay productive during scheduled hours
✅ Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
✅ Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
✅ Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✅ Comfortable handling phone calls and customer questions
✅ Strong organization and attention to detail
