Job Full Description
We have an opening for a General Laborer position working at company located in Moulton, AL, that manufactures high-temperature refractory products, specializing in clay refractories, precast shapes, and liquid slurry coatings. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts (training provided).
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols.
Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
Must be capable of working an entire work week on a consistent basis.
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Duties/Responsibilities
Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment of concrete casting molds.
Pour concrete into molds, then remove castings from molds after concrete has cured.
Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lb.), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
