Customer Service Rep (A702)
Express Employment Professionals in Decatur AL is currently hiring Customer Service Rep for a company located in DECATUR, AL. Position is full-time and has potential for long-term employment.
Skills/Experience Required:
· Answering phone calls.
· Typing at 50wpm or more preferred.
· Greet customers and provide them with information about printed products and pricing.
· Respond to customer inquiries about order status, billing, payments, and shipping
· Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
· Able to articulate customer interactions, orders and other information through data entry.
· Assist in other general office duties as needed.
· Standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted.
· Ability to arrive at work on time.
· Perform job duties in an efficient and responsible manner.
