Job Full Description
We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative position working at a full-service print shop located in Decatur, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.
Skills/Qualifications
QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED.
A minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience is REQUIRED.
Must have a command of the English language and use proper grammar.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, etc.).
Must be able to operate basic office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, multi-line phone system).
Must be capable of working an entire work week on a consistent basis.
Ability to multi-task in an organized manner.
Ability to lift 10 lb. unassisted.
Duties/Responsibilities
Greet customers and effectively handle their product and/or service inquiries, as well as complaints.
Professionally answer incoming calls, greet callers, and ascertain the reason for their call.
Direct calls to the correct individual or department to ensure the caller's needs are met efficiently.
Take orders from customers and accurately document work order details.
Create work orders for the production team and estimate job costs.
Assist with general office duties as necessary.
Help maintain a clean, organized and presentable work environment.
