Job Full Description
We have an opening for an Awning Installer position working at an apartment complex located in Florence, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.
Skills/Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance is preferred but not required.
Punctuality and dependability.
Duties/Responsibilities
Keeping apartment grounds clean and tidy.
Perform basic handyman repairs.
Replace doorknobs and fixtures.
Take work orders for residents.
Perform job duties in an efficient and responsible manner.
