Job Full Description
We have an opening for a Service Coordinator position working at a family-owned HVAC service and repair company located in Decatur, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.
Skills/Qualifications
Must have proven customer service skills and experience.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, etc.).
Must be able to operate basic office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, multi-line phone system).
Basic bookkeeping skills are required, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task in an organized manner.
Ability to lift 15 lb. unassisted.
HS diploma or GED required.
Duties/Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees.
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule preventative maintenance and service appointments.
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide general administrative support as necessary.
Assist with office bookkeeping tasks when directed to do so.
