Local South Phoenix Company is looking for a :
Bilingual Receptionist for $38,000.00/year
The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a fast paced sales and customer service oriented environment in the Phoenix Office. This company is the leading provider in the Commercial Cleaning Industry. Servicing the entire Phoenix Metro area, and are seeking an administrative professional to join our Team.
Duties include:
- Answer incoming calls
- Process Bank deposits and enter into QuickBooks
- Ordering of all supplies
- Take supply orders and enter into QuickBooks
- Sales Support
- Operations Support
- Process Credit Cards Payments
- Responsible for taking supply inventory
- Organize and review Customer files for compliance, accuracy and organization
- Other duties as assigned by Owner, General Manager, Office Manager and Authorized staff
- Overtime may be required
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload, and work under pressure are essential
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are critical
- One to three years of office experience
- Minimum one year experience with MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks, PowerPoint and Act
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
