Customer Service Representative – HOA Support
Location: Ahwatukee Foothills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-Time | Long-term Temporary (~4 months FMLA Coverage)
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? Join a team that supports homeowners by providing timely communication and follow-through in a friendly office environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide courteous, solution-oriented customer service to homeowners regarding fees, account issues, and general inquiries

Send out written notices and warning letters in accordance with community guidelines

Use Caliber software (training provided) and Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and records
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure homeowner concerns are resolved efficiently and accurately
What You Bring:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Professional email and phone etiquette
-
Basic computer proficiency (experience with Outlook required; Caliber experience a plus, but not required)

Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
