Customer Service Representative – HOA Support
Location: Ahwatukee Foothills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-Time | Long-term Temporary (~4 months FMLA Coverage)

 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? Join a team that supports homeowners by providing timely communication and follow-through in a friendly office environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide courteous, solution-oriented customer service to homeowners regarding fees, account issues, and general inquiries

  • Send out written notices and warning letters in accordance with community guidelines

  • Use Caliber software (training provided) and Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure homeowner concerns are resolved efficiently and accurately

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Professional email and phone etiquette

  • Basic computer proficiency (experience with Outlook required; Caliber experience a plus, but not required)

  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
