Administrative Coordinator – Construction Company
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Approximate Length: 6 months temporary coverage for FMLA Leave
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator .This role is primarily focused on data entry and administrative support within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Maintain and update inventory records
-
Provide administrative support to crews and staff, including processing time off requests, daily call-ins, and tracking attendance
-
Collaborate with project coordinators, site supervisors, and construction leadership to manage workflow for field personnel

Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications:
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively with multiple teams

Previous experience in construction administration or a related field preferred but not required
