Seasonal HR Coordinator – $24/hr
11am–8:30pm M–F + Weekend Availability
Immediate start until end of December 2025

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and employee support tasks during our busy season. This is an entry-level role with exposure to every area of HR—perfect for someone looking to grow in the field.
What You’ll Do:

Support HR team with daily operations and recordkeeping
-
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards
-
Coordinate and schedule new hire orientations
-
Prepare employee badges and process onboarding paperwork
-
Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

Answer employee questions about policies, benefits, and HR procedures
-
Help administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee files
-
Ensure all HR processes follow federal, state, and local regulations
What You Bring:

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.)

Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Strong interpersonal skills and a helpful, team-first attitude

Decision-making skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Tools You’ll Use:
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access), HR systems, and internal software platforms.
