NOW HIRING – Concrete Finishers | South Phoenix | $20/hr | Immediate Start
We’re looking for 4 Concrete Finishers to join a busy precast company located in South Phoenix. This is outdoor work with great opportunities for steady hours and long-term growth.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Start: Immediate
Job Duties:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Return all tools to proper storage after use and perform routine housekeeping (cleaning, organizing).

Follow all established safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor.

Repair, grout, seal, install, or modify precast concrete products according to production drawings and quality standards.

Notify a supervisor if a product consistently needs rework.

Read production drawings and routings to ensure products meet quality standards and determine additional required operations.

Perform tasks such as coring, sealing, patching, painting, and racking as needed.

Utilize various sealants to properly seal concrete products.
Experience: Previous precast or concrete finishing experience is a plus.
