Bilingual HR Assistant – Front Desk & HR Support
Location: South Phoenix
Schedule: Full-Time
Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional HR Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees while supporting key HR functions. This role blends front-desk responsibilities with hands-on HR support and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, directing guests, and answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Support HR operations including onboarding, coordinating drug tests, scheduling training, and assisting with benefits enrollment.

Maintain accurate employee files and documentation in both digital and physical systems.

Assist with compliance tasks, workers’ compensation claims, and light-duty coordination.

Contribute to planning and organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Process mail, support administrative workflows, and ensure front office operations run smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Knowledge of basic HR principles and labor laws.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role.

Minimum of 1 year of front desk or administrative experience.

Comfortable using standard office equipment, multi-line phone systems, and digital/physical filing systems.
