Rebar Production Worker

Hours: 4am-12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and store materials in designated storage bins

• Operate shearing machines or power saws to cut reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths

• Use bending machines to shape reinforcing steel bars

• Operate overhead cranes to move, assemble, and select materials

• Assemble and load customer orders onto trailers for shipment

• Apply epoxy touch-ups using a spray gun

• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Related experience in construction within the past 6 months

• Experience within 3 months doing heavy lifting, active position

• Ability to pass a drug test (safety-sensitive role; includes THC)

• Willingness to work overtime when required

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic safety and operational instructions

• Basic math skills for accurate measurement of materials

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Ability to perform some heavy lifting

• Comfort working in noisy, dusty, hot, or cold environments

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions
