Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Will-Call Customer Service Representative to support operations at our warehouse located in West Phoenix. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers via phone and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with will-call order pickups
- Contact customers via phone to update on order status
- Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate handoff of materials
- Provide friendly, professional customer service both in person and by phone
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are staged and ready
- Maintain a clean, organized will-call area
- Troubleshoot order issues and escalate when needed
Requirements
- Prior customer service or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
