Office Assistant

 

An industrial equipment supplier in Central Phoenix is looking for an Office Assistant who has a positive attitude and some accounting knowledge.

 

$20/hour

6:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • General office support such as ordering supplies, assisting the sales department, and providing clerical assistance as needed.
  • Assist in inventory tracking, data entry, data collection, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork for inbound and outbound freight as well as packages.
  • Assist in month end accounting activities and reports that are submitted to the corporate accounting department.
  • Ensure accuracy of all data entry, paperwork, and reports with high detail.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Office experience
  • Some A/R, A/P, and General Ledger knowledge
  • Willingness to work with multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills
