Production Supervisor – Overnight Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday
Hours: 6:00pm – 4:00am (flexible start time as early as 4:00pm)

Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and driven Production Supervisor to lead overnight operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and supporting the development and success of team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production employees to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and senior leadership teams

Conduct production start-ups, shutdowns, and nightly team meetings

Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational efficiencies

Coach, train, and develop employees through performance reviews and daily support
-
Participate in hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, and performance management
-
Promote a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment

Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state safety regulations
-
Support and maintain plant safety programs and procedures
-
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
-
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Collaborative leadership style

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to be hands-on and learn equipment, processes, and products

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Preferred:

Printing or manufacturing experience

Supply chain or production operations background

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with Excel Pivot Tables
