**Structural Precast Concrete Laborer – Overnight Shift (Out of the Sun!)
$19.25–$25/hr • Full-Time
Work is completed outside in the manufacturing yard
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals for an overnight Precast Concrete Laborer position.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in safe, accurate, and efficient work—and loves to work overnight!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and clean molds for concrete pouring
- Place and vibrate concrete into molds
- Install steel reinforcement per specifications
- Remove forms and help move cured precast products
- Assist production teams to keep operations efficient
- Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
What You Need
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs repetitively; stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and dusty environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Construction or precast experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow direction from Foremen, Leads, Superintendents, and Safety personnel
Schedule
- Overnight shift (start time varies by season—discuss during interview)
- Sunday-Thursday NIGHT
- Must arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
Compensation
- $19.25–$25/hour ++, depending on skill level
- Weekly pay
Preferred Experience
- Construction: 3 years
- Helpful: Precast concrete: 2 years
