Client Services Representative (CSR)

?? Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview:
We’re hiring a Client Services Representative to manage order processing, scheduling, and customer communication while delivering a smooth, positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process and schedule orders accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Track deadlines, manage priorities, and multitask effectively
- Provide updates on order status and inventory
- Assist customers with inquiries and follow up after completion
- Monitor online reviews and maintain a clean reception area
- Support additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required
