Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
Position Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support fulfillment and print & ship operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring all inventory discrepancies are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control for all fulfillment items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Review daily reports and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Perform physical cycle counts and inventory adjustment counts
- Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate inventory discrepancies
- Support fulfillment, print, and ship operations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of warehouse inventory control experience or 2 years of printing/fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience with reach truck and/or order picker equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues efficiently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the warehouse as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment
