Customer Support Specialist (Temporary Through November)
Pay: $22-$28 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary assignment through November
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, quotes, rental contracts, account support, and invoicing while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotes, process rental contracts, and generate accurate invoices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Assist with process improvements and team initiatives.
- Follow attendance guidelines and scheduled work hours.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
