Immediate Hire – General Labor Associates | West Phoenix
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Assignment: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently hiring General Labor Associates to support forklift operators in a busy warehouse environment. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout the workday.
Job Duties:
Assist forklift operators with general warehouse labor (no forklift operation required)
Palletize and re-palletize products to ensure loads are safe and stable
Work as part of a team handling approximately 100 pallets per day
Continuously lift, move, and organize products throughout the shift
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labor throughout the entire shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
