Will Call Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (On-Site)
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Will Call Associate to join our team! In this customer-facing role, you'll help customers pick up their orders, provide exceptional service, assist with order inquiries, and support warehouse operations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with order pickups and provide outstanding service
- Answer customer questions and help resolve order concerns
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Use pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move and retrieve orders
- Support customer communications by phone and email
- Help unload deliveries and keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous customer service or customer experience background
- Forklift certification (or ability to become certified)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
