Production Line Technician (Temporary) – $20.00/Hour
Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 Months (Temporary Assignment)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring 4 Production Line Technicians for an immediate temporary project beginning July 20, 2026
This is an excellent opportunity to additional manufacturing experience while working a consistent four-day workweek.
We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is required.
Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble production line equipment and components

Use basic handheld tools safely and effectively

Support production line setup and changeovers as needed
-
Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Assist in different areas of the production line based on business needs

Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience (entry level or experienced)

Basic knowledge of handheld tools

Ability to assemble and disassemble production line parts

Ability to stand for the full workday

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
