Now Hiring: Warehouse/Paint Technician
South Phoenix | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $19/hour
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Paint Technician to join our team! This position combines paint batching and tinting responsibilities with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Formulate paint batches using color computer systems and maintain accurate formulas in BME.

Build, tint, and can liquid and powder paint batches.

Create batch tickets, labels, and maintain accurate production records.

Follow established quality control procedures and customer specifications.

Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing materials, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory.

Ensure containers and labels are properly prepared and applied.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tint room and warehouse.

File color standards and maintain weekly tinting reports.
Qualifications:

Steel-toed shoes required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.

Previous warehouse, paint, manufacturing, or batching experience preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
