Woodworking Machine Operator – CNC Router
Pay: $25+/hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Woodworking Machine Operator for a company specializing in cabinetry manufacturing. This position involves operating woodworking machinery, including CNC routers, table saws, and edge banding machines to produce high-quality cabinet components.
Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC routers, table saws, chop saws, and edge banding machines.

Measure, cut, and process wood materials according to work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects.

Adjust machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine equipment maintenance.

Maintain production records, organize materials, and keep the work area clean and safe.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of woodworking or machine operation experience.

Experience with CNC routers, table saws, or other woodworking equipment.

Cabinet-making experience preferred.

Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work instructions.

Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.

Forklift operation knowledge required.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good attendance.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.

Ability to lift and slide materials weighing 50–130 lbs.

Team lifting required when appropriate.

Ability to handle materials and load machinery throughout the shift.
