Carry-Out Host/HostessGreet and assist customers who are picking up orders to take away from our sports bar and grill restaurant.Job SummaryAs our Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting customers, seating the customers, helping with the carry-out orders, and ensuring a positive experience for those customers who are not dining in as well as those who are dinning in. You will work closely with our kitchen and service teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient carry-out operation.Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and guide them through the pickup process as well as seating customers- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure carry-out orders are ready and delivered accurately- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer questions or concerns- Assist with other front-of-house duties as neededQualifications- Strong customer service skillsWorking ConditionsThis role will require you to be on your feet for extended periods, interact with high volumes of customers, and work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy restaurant environment.Compensation$11 per hour.
