Security Officer - Contractor Program Location: Pine BluffJob SummaryAs the Contractor Program Security Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the security and administrative tasks related to our contractor program. Your primary duties will involve ensuring the safety and security of our workplace, as well as maintaining accurate records and data related to our contract employees.Key Responsibilities- Provide site security and monitoring to ensure the safety of our contract workers and facilities- Perform clerical and administrative tasks, such as data entry, registration, and office procedures- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to our contractor program- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient contractor programQualifications- Prior experience in a security or administrative role, preferably in a contractor or temporary worker environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in office software, data entry, and record-keeping- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWorking ConditionsThis is an office-based role with minimal physical demands. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasional overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business.Compensation and BenefitsThe target pay rate for this position is $16.4961 per hour.
