Payroll Clerk
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $23.00–$24.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
A local company in Pine Bluff is seeking a dependable and organized Payroll Clerk to assist with payroll processing and daily office duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist with processing employee payroll
Enter and verify employee hours and payroll information
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Assist with payroll questions and corrections
Perform data entry and general administrative duties
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
Assist with invoices, records, and office paperwork
Qualifications:
Previous payroll or office experience preferred
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working with numbers and confidential information
Strong computer and organizational skills
Dependable and able to work independently
