ResponsibilitiesStart, operate, monitor, and shut down processing equipment
Monitor temperature, pressure, and other equipment readings
Make basic process adjustments to maintain production
Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Perform basic quality checks and maintain production records
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
RequirementsHands-on industrial/mechanical experience or trade certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working around industrial machinery and heat
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
