Industrial Safety Nurse
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $35.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time / PRN | Flexible, As-Needed Coverage
A local industrial facility in Pine Bluff is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide on-site medical care and occupational health support. This is a flexible, as-needed position with shifts varying based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Conduct employee health screenings and assessments as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide health education and wellness support to employees
- Assist with workplace health and safety initiatives
- Work with management to help maintain workplace health standards
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas RN or LPN license
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Occupational health, emergency care, or industrial experience preferred, but not required
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Must have flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
