Dental AssistantLocation: Pine Bluff, ARSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMPay: $16.00–$17.00 per hourJob SummaryA local dental office in Pine Bluff is seeking a dependable and friendly Dental Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and help provide excellent patient care in a professional and welcoming environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for use
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Take and record patient information and medical histories
Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all office policies and infection control procedures
QualificationsPrevious dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred
