Job Full Description
General Laborer/Helper
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the mixing and batching of concrete
- Perform general construction tasks, such as material handling, site cleanup, and basic tool operation
- Follow all safety protocols and work procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, and be willing to learn new skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete mixing, batching, or general construction is preferred
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
Working Conditions:
This position will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as the potential for exposure to noise, dust, and other construction-related hazards.
Hourly rate of $15 per hour.Â
