Sales and Marketing Representative
Location: Southeast Arkansas
Salary: $40,000–$45,000/year DOE + Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
A local company is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to develop new business and build strong relationships throughout Southeast Arkansas. This position will cover Pine Bluff, White Hall, Sheridan, Camden, Monticello, Warren, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business throughout the assigned territory
Visit local businesses and build relationships with potential clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Represent the company at community and networking events
Assist with marketing and business development efforts
Qualifications:
Sales or marketing experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through
Comfortable meeting new people and developing new business
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willing to travel throughout Southeast Arkansas during the workday
