As a Flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction projects.Job Summary:As a Flagger, you will be responsible for directing traffic and monitoring the work site to maintain a safe and organized environment. You will work closely with the construction team to report on the condition of the surrounding properties and support the overall success of the project.Key Responsibilities:- Direct traffic and pedestrians through the construction site, ensuring the safe flow of vehicles and people- Monitor the work site for any potential hazards or safety concerns, and report them to the project manager- Inspect the surrounding properties and report on their condition to support the overall project documentation- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the construction teamQualifications:- Ability to perform property inspections and report on findings- Valid driver's license- Basic safety training or certification (provided if needed)- Excellent communication and customer service skillsWorking Conditions:As a Flagger, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, and may be required to stand for extended periods of time. The physical demands of the role include the ability to safely direct traffic and monitor the work site.Compensation This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $18 per hour.Â
