Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Location: Monticello, AR
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
A local company in Monticello is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Clerk to assist with daily accounting and office functions. This position also requires strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter invoices, payments, and financial transactions
Maintain accurate accounting records
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist customers with billing, payment, and account questions
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous AR/AP, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer and data-entry skills
Organized, dependable, and professional
