Painter/CarpenterLocation: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Position Type: Seasonal
About the PositionWe are hiring a Painter/Carpenter to assist with seasonal maintenance and improvement projects at a local company. This position is ideal for someone with experience in painting, basic carpentry, and general building maintenance who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
Paint interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, and other structures
Perform basic carpentry repairs, including installing and repairing doors, trim, cabinets, and fixtures
Repair drywall, wood, and other building materials as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and complete projects in a timely manner
QualificationsPrevious painting and/or carpentry experience preferred
Knowledge of basic construction and repair techniques
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when needed
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
